for step one you need to download the composer software, click link below.

- if you have software composer, double click the software. If you get see the windows permission Administration, Click yes.
- after seeing the windows permission you must see the composer installation, like image below.
- if you have window like above, don't check Developer mode, get click Next. After next you see like image below.
- Choose the php.exe file in you computer, if you use XAMPP must choose like image above than click Next.
- After you click Next, you see Composer setup like above, don't check a proxy and click Next until you have a composer setup Finish like below.
Click finish, now you have a composer and now you can use a composer for develop a website using framework like laravel.
